This Privacy Policy explains how HYPERLOCAL ANALYTICS LLC, a company registered in Greece with registered address at Ippodamias Square 8 18531 Piraeus, Greece (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects and processes personal data when you use hlocal.io (the “Website”) and our API service (the “Service”). By using the Website or Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
We collect and process the following personal data: Email address - when you sign up for an account, subscribe, or communicate with us.We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.
We sell subscriptions and process payments through Lemon Squeezy.We do not store your payment card details on our servers. Payment-related data (such as billing information and payment method details) is processed by Lemon Squeezy and its payment providers under their own privacy policies.
We use your email address to:
- create and manage your account;
- provide access to the Service (including sending API keys or service-related emails);
- send important service messages (e.g., billing status, security notices, changes to the Service);
